About Kathy Gunter
Kathy loves helping friends, family and just about anyone with finding their new home! Home is more than just a house, it’s where you live your life!
Kathy grew up in Jacksonville (by way of Louisville, KY) and have lived at the beaches since
1997. She started her real estate career in 2014, as an organizer and stager after a 20-year career as a paralegal.
In 2019, motivated by the many experienced real estate
agents she worked with, Kathy received her sales license and have never looked back!
In 2022, Christie Blackburn and Kathy decided to join forces and became the Gunter Blackburn Team.
They joined Fluid Realty in 2023, after a 5-year stint at Berkshire Hathaway. At
Fluid, they have found the winning combination of high-level professionalism with a tight-knit family atmosphere.
In addition, she jump-started in organizing business, The Organized Life, in 2022 (with
her partner, Alicia Michols) and loves that she can provide this service to not only her clients, but to others who need our services. They specialize in down-sizing seniors and
decluttering and preparing homes for upcoming moves.
Kathy is a Certified Home Staging Specialist, Certified Nocatee Agent, Certified Etown Agent, Certified New Home Specialist, and a Certified Residential Construction Specialist.
Kathy graduated from Terry Parker High School and the University of Georgia. Go
